General Shipping Guidelines When placing an order with Experience: CHOCOLATE™, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Shipping and handling charges are based on total order price. Unless otherwise specified by Experience: CHOCOLATE™, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (usually 2-3 days delivery time). We will do our best, but cannot guarantee delivery on an exact day. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday only, and usually take 2-3 business days to arrive. Please remember, at this time, we cannot guarantee delivery on an exact day. If you would like your items shipped out via USPS Priority Mail on Thursday or Friday, please specify that when placing your order. Be aware that orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail shipping on Thursday or Friday will not reach their destination until the following week. At this time we do not ship to any international addresses, including Canada. Advance orders are welcome and will be shipped on the day specified by the customer. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS OVER $160 MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL BEFORE SHIPMENT REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF THOSE ADDITIONAL CHARGES. Experience: CHOCOLATE™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS service or due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. All orders require a street address and phone number and may not be shipped to P.O. boxes. Please make sure someone will be at the shipping address to accept the package. You may also request a release so that USPS can leave the package at the delivery address without a signature. Experience: CHOCOLATE™ will not be responsible for packages that are returned to us as undeliverable - the customer will still be charged. If a returned package needs to be shipped out a second time, the customer will incur a second shipping charge. Return / Refund Policy Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately at questions@Experiencechocolate.com after your package arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused, and uneaten condition for refund via company check. |
