  A creamy bouquet precedes the rich taste of chocolate cream in this 32% cocoa content milk chocolate. Light and smooth with a medium finish, Amedei Toscano Brown is a must for serious milk chocolate lovers!
• Neuhaus 32% Made in Belgium
  Neuhaus’ milk chocolate is highly aromatic with a substantial mouth-feel. Initials flavors of milk and butter give way to a light finish of caramel and butterscotch.
• Valrhona Jivara 40% Made in France
  Jivara’s 40% cocoa content contributes to its darker milk chocolate color. Its sweet taste with caramel overtones has a relatively long finish for milk chocolate.
• Michel Cluizel Lait 45% Made in France
  This 45% high cocoa content milk chocolate is flavorful and creamy with rich vanilla notes. Made from a blend of beans, Lait is smooth on the palate and medium in finish. This what milk chocolate is meant to be!
